Quality Awareness Training

An introduction and overview of Quality principles, methodologies and thinking. Creates many learning “breakthrough” moments in a fun, interactive and motivating day. For executive teams or front lines.

Foundational to any Quality deployment.

Lean Principles & Tools Training

Essential Lean learning with an opportunity to experience Lean process improvement in a fun simulation. Prepares participants to engage in an actual Lean “Kaizen” event in their workplace. Teaches Cycle Time Reduction, Waste Removal, Value Addition, Process Streamlining.
Provides participant with the basic capability to lead and execute improvement projects for optimal impact. Appropriate use of tools and techniques within the “DMAIC” framework is taught. Simultaneous, coached certification project delivers real value for the business.

Lean Six Sigma DMAIC

Participants learn how to develop & run business operating reviews, facilitate team problem solving, use dashboards & identify improvement opportunities. A  fun practical simulation brings the learnings to life.

Sustainability and self-sufficiency are important for most of our clients. To that end, we have developed "Train-The-Trainer" options, and have worked with a number of clients to certify internal experts to teach Lean and/or Six Sigma. This is cost effective for our clients, and a great career progression for the selected trainer(s).
